    Overview

    Platforming as a structured approach to software development organizes discrete software components into related functions in a layered architecture of common services. This enables development teams to write code once and utilize it multiple times.     •  These are the terms and conditions along with the Privacy Policy and all other additional terms and conditions that may be provided within and or along with the Services (defined below) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agreement") governing the use of the service, site, Services and software (collectively referred to as the "Service(s)") advertised or made available on SRRS Services, wap portal, application and/or downloaded through any channel of SRRS.     •  For the purpose of the Agreement and wherever the context so require 'You' shall mean any natural or legal person who has is a user of the Services or downloads any Services advertised thereon or any other Services or medium through any channel of the SRRS which shall include any and all types of information, data, instructions, commands, images, sounds, equations, which are transmitted, carried, delivered, or received, in the form or as a part of any programme, software, files, web pages, tunes, still picture clips, motion picture clips, songs, movies, musical works, literary works, animated images, SMS, MMS or signals. You represent that You are aYou which means any person or legal entity which validly avails and subscribes to the Services provided by the SRRS (referred to as "You", the terms “Yourself”, “Your” shall be construed accordingly). You represent that You are "competent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and You are not a minor, un-discharged insolvent etc. You are not ineligible to use the Services or download or use the Services. If you are found to be "incompetent to contract", the SRRS reserves the right to prevent you from downloading/and or using the Services and refuse to provide you with access to the Services or any Services. As a minor if you wish to avail/download any Services from any channels of SRRS such availment/download may be made by your legal guardian or parents and their supervision.
    •  This Agreement shall be effective and binding on You upon your 'Acceptance'. 'Acceptance' shall mean an action by You in.
      • In using or viewing the Services (whether in whole or in part)
      • Requesting for any of the Services available for download through any channels of SRRS.
    •  Any information provided by you or gathered by SRRS or its authorized vendors during any use of the Services shall be subject to the SRRS Privacy Policy which can be accessed at [srrsteleservices.com_______________________________]. The SRRS Privacy Policy shall form part of this Agreement.
    • Account creation and Registration
    • Use of the Services Use of the Services Use of the Services  To use a Service You may need to register and create an account with a username and a password. You may need to provide SRRS with certain personal and other information. SRRS may verify your email address before your account can be used. You agree to provide truthful and complete information when you register for the Services and to keep that information updated. You must take due care to protect your username and password against misuse by others and promptly notify SRRS about any misuse. You are personally responsible for any use of the Service.
      You represent that You:
      • Have provided true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself in connection with above referred account creation and registration.
      • Shall maintain at all times and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by You is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if SRRS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or is not in accordance with the requirements specified by SRRS and/or applicable laws, the SRRS has the right to indefinitely suspend or prevent you from downloading/and or use the Services and refuse to provide you with access to the Services or to download any Services through any channels of SRRS.
    • Use of the Services
      • You shall use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree that You shall not submit any content or information which is unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, misleading, abusive, pornographic, harassing, libelous, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inappropriate material. You shall not upload or share any information that impersonates another person, threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India. You shall obtain any consents, permission or licenses that may be legally required for you to submit any content or information. You shall respect the privacy of others. You shall not distribute or post spam, unreasonably large files, chain letters, pyramid schemes, viruses. You shall not use any other technologies or initiate other activities that may harm the Services, or the interest or property of the Service users. You shall not use any automated systems or means to access, acquire, copy or monitor any part of the Service. You shall be responsible for the consequences related to the content, information or any other material that you post.
      • Before downloading or accessing any content (that forms part of the Services), please check whether such content which you wish to access, download or use is restricted by age or marked as potentially ‘offensive’ or ‘explicit’. SRRS shall not be responsible for any claims or offense caused or suffered by You in accessing, download or using such content.

        You agree: To use such content only for your personal, non-commercial purposes; To use the content in accordance with the restrictions set out in the applicable laws, additional terms, guidelines and policies or on the product pages that apply to that particular piece of content; Not to make copies, give, sell, resell, loan, rent, offer, broadcast, send, distribute, transfer, communicate to the public, reproduce, modify, display, perform, commercially exploit or make such content available unless otherwise authorized under applicable terms provided by SRRS and to advise SRRS promptly of any such unauthorized use; Not to remove, circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with any applicable usage rules or attempt to circumvent digital rights management or copy protection features associated with such content or any other technologies used to control the access to or use of such content or its identifying information; Not to use any automated systems or means, except for those provided by SRRS, for the selection or downloading of such content; Not to give out Your password or otherwise allow other people to access such content. The restrictions on copying that apply to applicable media also apply to content accessed as part of the Service.

        The above referred content is owned and/or controlled by SRRS and/or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The third party content provider is solely responsible for any content it provides, any warranties to the extent that such warranties have not been disclaimed and for any claims you may have relating to that content or your use of that content. However, SRRS reserves the right to enforce the third party content license terms against you as a third party beneficiary of those terms. The third party content providers are third-party beneficiaries under the Agreement and may enforce the provisions that directly concern such content in which they have rights. SRRS may be acting as an agent for third party content provider in providing such content to You. SRRS is not a party to the transaction between you and the third party content provider for such content
      • You understand and agree that downloading or using of any Services on any mobile handset, smartphone, tablet, phablet, or any other same or similar device (‘Device(s)’) is subject to such Device being compatible with the file format of the Services and the ability of such Device to support the file format. Accordingly, the SRRS does not guarantee that all Services shall be supported on all Devices and You are required to independently assess the same before downloading or using any Services.
      • You further agree to and undertake that You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Foreign Exchange Control Laws) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws and Regulations (including, but not limited to Income Tax, Service Tax, Local Levies or any future tax levies which may be imposed by the government from time to time) regarding Your use of the Services and Your downloading or use of Services.
    • Payment related terms
      • Your use of the Service may be or may become subject to charges. Your use of the Service may involve transmission of data through your service provider’s network. Prices listed within the Service do not include possible data transmission, text message, voice or other service provision charges by your network or telecom service provider. SRRS assumes no responsibility for the payment of any charges of your service providers.
      • You are responsible for paying all charges/fees associated with the download and use of the Services as applicable to each Services as provided or intimated to you at the time of download of the Services and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cesses etc. levied thereon.
      • The SRRS reserves the right to issue a warning or it may temporarily or indefinitely suspend or prevent you from downloading the Services in accordance with the terms of the this Agreement. SRRS also reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment of fees or any other dues resulting from your download and use of the Services to the SRRS.
      • The SRRS reserves the right to change its Payment Policy (as mentioned in this Clause 8) from time to time. In such an event the SRRS reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Payment Policy and applicable charges/fees for the relevant Services shall either be posted on the Services and/or communicated to You through any medium deemed fit by SRRS and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Services and /or as communicated through such media.
    • Warranties
      • SRRS DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO THE ATTRIBUTES (SUCH AS TITLE, QUALITY, WORTH, MARKETABILITY, ETC.) OF THE SERVICES OR SERVICES PROPOSED TO BE PROVIDED OR OFFERED TO BE PROVIDED OR AVAILED THROUGH THE CHANNELS OF SRRS. IN PARTICULAR, SRRS DOES NOT IMPLICITLY OR EXPLICITLY SUPPORT OR ENDORSE THE PROVISIONING OF ANY SERVICES OR SERVICES THROUGH THE CHANNELS OF SRRS OR ADVERTISING AND SEARCH OF SUCH SERVICES AND SERVICES ON ANY WEBSITE OR OTHER ONLINE/OFFLINE PLATFORM OR THROUGH ANY OTHER MEDIUM. THE SRRS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING THE SUPPLIERS/OWNERS OF SERVICES.
      • SRRS PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON THE SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES. SRRS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SRRS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE RECTIFIED. SRRS DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR, AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO, THE CONNECTIVITY AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. AT ALL TIMES SRRS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, IT'S SERVERS, SERVICES DOWNLOADED, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM SRRS IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
      • You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular Services that are advertised or made available or on any other medium that You choose to receive or download through the channels of SRRS and use your best judgment in that behalf.
      • The SRRS is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of Services which are otherwise unavailable. All Services that are advertised on any website or any other online platform are only for a restricted time and only to be available on the terms and conditions as decided by the SRRS.
      • The SRRS cannot control and/or modify the Services which is made available except where such Services is owned or uploaded by the SRRS in the capacity of a Services supplier, initiate the transmission of the Services or select the receiver of the Services. If You find any Services to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive, please report it at [Compliance_____________________srrs.in_].You accordingly hereby release and indemnify the SRRS, the SRRS's parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any actions and/or omissions of the third party suppliers of Services and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law.
      • The Services may be hosted outside of India and the information collected from or supplied by You may be stored outside India too and You hereby consent to the same.
    • Privacy
      All information supplied by You to the SRRS shall be governed by the terms of the Privacy Policy.
    • Access To Third Party Sites / Platform

      SRRS may include access to sites and services on the Internet or preloaded clients that enable you to interact with sites and services that are owned or operated by third parties and that are not part of the Service. You must review and agree to the terms and conditions of these sites or services before using these sites or services.

      SRRS has no control over the third party content, sites or services and assumes no responsibility for services provided or material created or published on these third-party sites or services. A link to a third-party site does not imply that SRRS endorses the site or the products or services referenced in the site.

      Service may include advertisements. Advertisements may be targeted to the content or information stored on the Service, queries made through the Service, or other information.
    • Availability of Services
      The availability of Services may vary and is subject to SRRS’s sole discretion. SRRS expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that any particular Service will be available. The Service, operations and some features may also be dependent on the network, compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. To access the Service, you may need to download a specific piece of software developed by SRRS or by another party. SRRS may, in its sole discretion, change, correct or discontinue the Service in whole or in part. SRRS may disable any content or software contained in your Service account for any reason and remove any content or software and/or disable copies of any application on your device in order to protect the Service, application providers, wireless carriers over whose network you access the service or any other affected or potentially affected parties.
    • Termination of Agreement
      • You may terminate your registration if you no longer wish to use the Service. After termination, you will no longer have access to the Service. SRRS may terminate your registration or restrict your access to certain parts of the Service if SRRS reasonably believes that you have breached the Agreement.
      • The SRRS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prevent you from download/use of the Services or access to the Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
      • You agree that the SRRS may under certain circumstances and without prior notice immediately suspend / terminate access to the Services or to any of the channels of SRRS for download of the Services. Causes for suspension / termination / prevention of access may include, but shall not be limited to, breach by You of this Agreement, requests by enforcement or government agencies.
      • Should You object to any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or become dissatisfied with the service in any way, You may (a) discontinue the use of the Services; and (b) notify the SRRS of such discontinuance (c) discontinue the download and use of the Services.
      • Upon termination of the service, Your right to use the Services and the channels and network of the SRRS shall immediately cease. No person including the SRRS shall have any obligation thereafter to execute any uncompleted tasks.
      • Any provisions of this Agreement that by their content are intended to survive the performance, termination or expiry of this Agreement shall so survive.
    • Limitation of Liability
      • In no event shall the SRRS or its suppliers, affiliates and service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Services, its services, download of Services or this Agreement (however arising, including by tort or contract).
      • The SRRS's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees, if any, paid by You to the SRRS in respect of the relevant Services in respect of which the claim arises. The SRRS, its associates, affiliates and service providers and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any Services, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Services/channels of SRRS or that the operation of the Services/channels of SRRS will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, the SRRS assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of:

        (a). Any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Services/channels of SRRS or as part of any Services

        (b). Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Services/ channels of SRRS.
    • Indemnity
      You shall indemnify and hold harmless the SRRS and (as applicable) the SRRS's parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of the Agreement or the documents they incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
    • General
      • None of the provisions or terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between You and the SRRS and You shall have no authority to bind the SRRS in any manner whatsoever.
      • If any clause of the Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the Agreement.
      • This Agreement and the SRRS Privacy Policy set forth the entire understanding and agreement between You and the SRRS with respect to the subject matter here of.
      • The SRRS may transfer and assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without Your prior express consent.
    • Notice
      • When You use the Services or send emails or other data, information or communication to the SRRS, You agree and understand that You are communicating with SRRS through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from the SRRS periodically and as and when required. The SRRS will communicate with You by email, notice or electronic records on the SRRS Services which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.
      • All notices referred to in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be properly given and served if sent either by fax or courier to the party at its address set out below:

    • Amendments
      The SRRS may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Services. All updates and amendments shall be notified to You via the Services. The revised version will be effective at the time it is posted on the Services.
    • Waiver
      A waiver by either You or the SRRS in respect of a breach of a provision of this Agreement by the other party will not be deemed to be a waiver in respect of any other breach and the failure of either party to enforce at any time a provision of this Agreement will in no way be interpreted as a waiver of such provision.
    • Governing Law
      This Agreement shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any of the documents referred to herein shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi.
  • Privacy Policy

    • This is the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") governing the use of Services (as defined under the General Terms and Conditions of Use available at [srrrteleservices.com_____________________] (‘Agreement’)). The Services are provided by SRRS (as defined under the Agreement).

      While accessing, downloading or using the Services, SRRS may collect information related to You which may be in the nature of user logs, IP addresses, Your location etc. You may also be required to submit Your personal information (such as username, password, date of birth, etc.) for availing various services offered by SRRS. The information submitted by You or collected by SRRS will not be made accessible to the public or other users of the Services, unless otherwise specifically provided under this Privacy Policy. This information collected will be held in strict confidentiality and can be changed or deleted at Your request.
